Hi there! My name is Andrew, and I'm a writer, editor, and audio producer based out of Edmonton, Alberta. I'm passionate about the intersection of culture and politics, particularly literature. I also produce music under the alias お元気ogenki.My work, which ranges from journalism to critical essays, has appeared in The GatewayNorthern Currents, and Negation Magazine. I am currently an editor, writer, and podcast producer at Negation Magazine, and also publish critical work on my Substack.I completed my Master of Arts in English at McMaster University, where I wrote on class politics and contemporary Canadian fiction.If you have a freelance writing, editing, or audio production opportunity you'd like to discuss, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
